Initial Consult- In-Home (90 mins)
$225+ travel fee (Twins $280)
Initial consults include oral assessment, weighted feed, individualized care plan and unlimited secure text support for 1 week following the consult.
Follow Up Consult- In-Home (60 mins)
$185 + travel fee (Twins $240)
Follow up consults can be scheduled once we have had an initial consultation.
Please note there is a $50 travel fee for each in home consult in my service area. My service area includes Central San Diego + East County. North County and South San Diego will have additional travel fees.
If you have a PPO insurance plan you may qualify for coverage through our partnership with The Lactation Network. See Insurance Information below for more details.
Telehealth or Phone Lactation Investment
Initial Secure Virtual Video Consultation | $185
Initial consults include virtual assessment of feeding, individualized care plan and unlimited secure text support for 1 week following the consult. Book this for prenatal visits, breastfeeding classes, or any postpartum feeding consult that doesn’t require a weighted feed. 60 minutes.
Follow up Secure Virtual Consultation | $145
Follow up consults can be scheduled once we’ve had an in person or virtual visit together. 45-60 minutes.
Phone Consult | $50
Have specific clinical questions or want support but don’t require a full consult. We will talk through your concerns and develop a care plan to address them. 30 minutes.
Insurance Information
The Lactation Network (TLN) accepts most PPO insurances through Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Anthem and PNOA.

Step 3:
If you are not covered through TLN your appointment with be self pay (see fees above). A superbill can be requested for each lactation visit for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please note there is an out of pocket $50 travel fee for all in home visits. For complete coverage select a Telehealth Consultation.
